Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK & Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs, weather, and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your order.
Zullarious is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.
Zullarious is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

International Shipping

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections.
All import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
